Added IP anonymization for google analytics

As you (hopefully) know, we are tracking what you are doing in the prototype using google analytics. This is done to calculate some statistics, which will help us in future improvements and usage evaluations. To be in agreement with the new laws (GDPR), we have now anonymized the tracking IP. We still might know which country you are accessing from, but not the institute or exact location.

Also, your name is no longer required for a feedback on the page, so we are basically not collecting any “Personally identifiable information” any more, except for your email address in the feedback form.
